Manage Anxiety, Stress and Panic with psychotherapeutic approaches

FREE Zoom Webinar – 8th April, 11am to 12noon

THIS WEBINAR WILL HELP YOU TO:

  • Understand some practical ways to feel more grounded. You will be led through a practical grounding exercise that will help restore balance and flow to the body, enabling you to feel more grounded, present and relaxed.
  • Understand how anxiety is showing up for you in your body, interactions, thoughts, feelings, somatic sensation and behaviour.
  • Learn and practice basic emotional release techniques (EFT tapping) to soothe anxious feelings and help restore balance and flow to the body.
  • Explore sources of self-care.
  • Understand the 4 ‘Life positions’ of the ‘OK Corral’ by Claude Steiner and how you can reframe/adapt your thinking in times of stress and crisis to move forward.
  • Understand Eric Berne’s theory of ‘strokes’ and ways you can give and receive positive strokes to help you feel connected at this time of physical disconnection.

This is a sibling collaboration bringing together deep understanding and experience around human behaviour combined with practical strategies.

We will be considering ideas from 3 different psychotherapy approaches to help us understand our thoughts, feelings and behaviours and the subconscious meanings and motivations.

Taking these theories, we will be seeking to explore useful strategies to help us adapt and thrive during this time of change and uncertainty.

The 3 psychotherapy schools of thought are:

  • Energy psychotherapy
  • Attachment theory
  • Transactional Analysis

Managing Through Uncertainty Webinars

Training For Leaders, People Managers and Staff through the Coronavirus pandemic

We are running 90-minute webinars using Zoom – or your preferred platform – for your teams or groups of up to 12 individuals to help you and your people weather the impacts of the current crisis.

We are professional experienced qualified executive coaches and facilitators, experts in enabling managers to lead others through change and in supporting individuals to keep calm, focused and effective during change and uncertainty.

The requirement for ‘Social distancing’ should more accurately have been described as ‘Physical distancing’ – the last thing people need is to feel more socially separate at this time.
So, we use our webinars to support people to understand their feelings, know that they are not alone, adopt a positive mindset, understand change and regain a sense of control by focusing on the things they can do to help themselves, each other and their organisation.

Where were the all the coaches during the financial crisis? This was the title of an article in 2009 that went viral because it was a great question! It subsequently became a best selling book.

We Are Here Now In This Crisis

With a team of highly experienced professional qualified executive coaches ready to help with any and all people-related challenges and a determination to be flexible to meet your needs. Be it a Director or a junior member of staff, we are here to help.

Issues

Some of what we’re helping with is clear thinking, positive leadership, planning and decision-making, but much of it is about enabling people to be at their best through uncertainty and coping with the emotional challenges of change – something we have been coaching people through for 25 years.

  • Are you getting stressed / overwhelmed about the corona virus and what it means for you / your business?
  • Are you struggling to support yourself or others during this time of uncertainty?
  • Are you finding it hard to reassure others and give them what they need?
  • Are you unsure of your next steps?
  • Are you worried about the future?

How to maintain motivation, productivity and mental wellbeing amongst newly remote workers accustomed to office banter? How to keep an opportunity-seeking mindset alive (or even a ‘this too will pass’ mindset) within the ‘damage-limitation’? How to support staff emotionally when they are juggling personal / family / financial worries when what’s needed is calm, focus, performance and productivity.

Solutions

People making great decisions, keeping calm, being resilient, managing their perspective and being at their best is what will get companies through this situation as successfully as possible.

Please reach out so we can help. Your people and your organisation deserve all the help they can get.

To discuss your needs and see how we can help please call Guy on 07525021878 or Madeline on 07771990465.
